Annual General Meeting 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Black Rock Football Club Incorporated will take place on Wednesday the 26th of October, 2022.

The meeting will be held at the Hampton Central Cricket Club, WL Simpson Reserve, Fewster Road, Hampton VIC 3188, commencing at 7:00 pm sharp.

A full attendance of members is essential to ensure that the Committee you elect is the best equipped to manage the affairs of our Club.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AGENDA
(a) Welcome, attendees and apologies
(b) The presentation and confirmation of the year’s reports and balance sheets.
(c) Election of Office bearer’s and Committee for 2022
(d) Two special resolutions to be voted on as follows.

1. Change of association name to Black Rock Football Netball Club (currently Black Rock Football Club Inc)

2. Adoption of new model rules for the association, that can be viewed here. Based on the model rules set out by by Consumer Affairs Victoria and allowing for the establishment of a junior sub-committee to be setup ahead of establishment of junior teams.

President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and (7) seven General Committee shall be elected for a term of (1) one year.

No member may be elected to a position on the Executive or the General Committee, unless 48 hours prior to the Annual General Meeting that Member informs the Secretary in writing of their intentions to seek election to the Executive and/ or General Committee. Email to: admin@blackrockfnc.com.au
