Vale: Timothy John Sim

The Black Rock Football Netball Club is mourning the passing of Timothy John Sim. A 200 gamer, Life Member, 2007 Premiership Player and outstanding clubman. A recruiter of many, a loveable character and someone who shaped our club enormously. Our thoughts are with Steph, Bonnie, family, friends and his BRFNC brothers and sisters at this time. With the support of those close to Tim, the club will be recognising Tim's amazing contribution and the way he has courageously battled, both on and off the field, by naming an award his honour. The Timothy Sim Courage Award will be presented each year to the footballer who best exemplifies on the field, the strength and determination that Tim displayed to us all.
