Lead the next chapter of women’s footy at Black Rock.

Black Rock Football Netball Club is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Senior Women’s Head Coach for the 2027 season.

Our Senior Women competed in SFNL Division 1 in 2026, with a young and developing playing group that continued to make significant progress throughout the season.

With an established squad, modern facilities, a strong Bayside location and the backing of the wider club, this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help take our women’s football program forward.

We’re looking for a coach who can:

🔴 LEAD — Create a positive, inclusive and ambitious team environment.
⚫ DEVELOP — Continue to develop our young playing group and get the best from our experienced players.
🔴 BUILD — Strengthen relationships and help develop a sustainable, successful program.
⚫ GROW — Retain our existing playing group and attract quality players to strengthen our squad.

Previous senior coaching experience is desirable, however we also encourage experienced assistants and current or former players ready to take the next step in their coaching journey to get in touch.
