Black Rock Football Netball Club is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Men’s Under 19s Coach to join our coaching team for the 2026 season and beyond.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of emerging talent within a supportive, high-performance environment. You’ll work closely with our Senior Men’s Coach to prepare players for senior football and contribute to the broader success of the club.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous leadership experience in a club or team environment
✅ Ability to recruit, develop, and mentor young players
✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills
✅ Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational qualities
