NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Black Rock Football Netball Club Incorporated

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Black Rock Football Netball Club Incorporated will be held on:

📍 Donald MacDonald Reserve Pavilion, Black Rock
⏰ Commencing at 7:00 pm sharp (please arrive by 6:45 pm)

A full attendance of members is essential to ensure that the Committee and Junior Sub-Committee elected are best equipped to manage the affairs of our Club in the year ahead.

AGENDA

1. Welcome, attendees, and apologies

2. Confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM and any Special General Meeting held since

3. Presentation and consideration of:

- The Annual Report of the Club Committee on the activities of the Association during the preceding financial year

- The Financial Statements of the Association for the preceding financial year, as submitted by the Committee

4. Election of members of the Committee and Junior Sub-Committee

5. Confirmation or variation of the amounts for the annual subscription and joining fee

ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS AND COMMITTEES (FY26)

Positions open for election include:

- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- President of Junior Football Operations
- General Committee Members
- Junior Sub-Committee Members

Members interested in any of these positions are encouraged to nominate themselves or, with their consent, be nominated by another member during the meeting. Nominations can also be submitted in writing to: admin@blackrockfnc.com.au prior to the AGM.

All positions will be elected for a term of one (1) year.

We encourage all members to attend and take an active role in shaping the future of our great Club.
