Black Rock Football Netball Club – TAC Rewards Program.
This year, Black Rock Football Netball Club has entered the club into the TAC Club Rewards Program. The program is designed to help community football and netball clubs get back on the field after a long off season, with the potential to be awarded up to $10,000 worth of funding. Funding can be used for areas such as equipment, program delivery and apparel.
To be eligible, clubs need to show how they fulfil the criteria outlined by the TAC Club Reward Program. This year, and beyond, BRFNC will endeavour to amplify and support the TAC by spreading important road safety messages, make efforts to ensure safe transportation options are promoted at club functions and events when alcohol is being served, and actively participate and promote Road Safety Round (16th-18th July 2021).
Black Rock Football Netball Club anticipates using the awarded money to establish female and junior football teams, long awaited agenda items. The funding will contribute towards forming the teams, new equipment, uniforms, coaches, development programs, training, and advertising.
The TAC Club Rewards Program is encouraging community football and netball clubs to lead the movement in eliminating deaths and serious injuries on our roads. It takes all of us to work together to achieve this, and Black Rock Football Netball Club is ready to lead the way.
We want to create a community environment where our current and future members can participate in the sport they love in an enjoyable and safe manner.
To be successful with our application, we need the support of the whole club. BRFNC looks forward to coming together as a club to create community awareness, encouraging one another to play their part in road safety.
