Annual General Meeting 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Black Rock Football Club Incorporated will take place on Wednesday the 17th of November, 2021.

The meeting will be held via Zoom, commencing at 7:00 pm sharp.

Members wishing to participate in the Zoom meeting need to forward their request to the by 12 noon Tue, 16th November, and the meeting link will be provided.

(a)      The presentation of the year’s reports and balance sheets.
(b)      Any alterations proposed to be made to the Constitution.
(c)      Election of Office bearer’s and Committee for the year.
(d)      Appointment of an Auditor or Auditors (if the Committee deems it necessary)

President, Senior Vice President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and (7) seven General Committee shall be elected for a term of (1) one year.

No member may be elected to a position on the Executive or the General Committee, unless 48 hours prior to the Annual General Meeting that Member informs the Secretary in writing of their intentions to seek election to the Executive and/ or General Committee. Email your nomination to along with the name of the financial member of the club seconding your nomination.
