We are excited to announce our new strategic plan for 2023-2025, aimed at fostering unity, growth, and excellence within the club and our community.

Core Values:

Committed: We have committed people who will ensure that the club is competitive and deliver on the promises we make.
Connected: From our juniors and seniors to the netball courts and football field we are all aligned in our purpose and values.
Inclusive: We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels, ensuring a safe and fun environment for all.
Respectful: We hold deep respect for our members, competitors, officials, and partners, fostering a culture of care and understanding.

Key Priorities:

Governance & Leadership: The plan emphasises increased volunteer engagement, a new staffing structure, and disciplined leadership. It also promotes equal opportunities and outlines a long-term financial strategy.
Pathways: Goals include creating a seamless pathway from local schools to senior footy and netball, with a focus on expanding age groups and ensuring coaches align with club values.
Community Connection: The plan aims to enhance brand image, community engagement, and stakeholder communication through various channels, including social media.
Footy/Netball Operations: The focus is on securing finances for top-tier talent and providing comprehensive support to participants, aiming for competitiveness across all grades.

The strategic plan comes with a new organisational structure and detailed job descriptions to streamline operations.
